Our Managing Agent – VRS
VRS has been the managing agent for Kridzil Woonstelle since August 2017. Established in 2001, Vacation Recreational Services (Pty) Ltd (VRS) has, through its commitment to excellence and the delivery of service excellence, gone from strength to strength and is now a market leader in a challenging and extremely competitive industry. Their ever-expanding portfolio includes the management of numerous holiday resorts in South Africa, as well as others in Kenya and Botswana.
As a Management Company they are responsible for the on and off-site management and the vital task of ensuring that the resorts achieve the highest possible standards and strive for maximum occupancy, with the resultant benefits to the stakeholders and local communities in which these resorts are located. VRS also is the appointed Managing Agent to various vacation ownership clubs in South Africa and Africa.

In the interest of safety, security and ensuring that only confirmed guests are allowed access to the resort, you will be required to produce both the reservation confirmation / guest certificate and your ID, and also to complete the indemnity form when checking into the resort.

- Unit Inventories
We would like to remind our valued guests to kindly check and sign off on inventories upon arrival at your unit. An inventory list is available in your unit; any discrepancies must please be reported at Reception. - Guest certificates
In the event that you are allowing a guest to occupy your timeshare week, the guest must be in possession of a valid Guest Certificate which is obtainable from Head Office prior to the guest’s arrival. - Levy payments
Levies must be paid in terms of the Use Agreement and no occupation or usage of any form is allowable until the levies have been paid. (This applies to usage, spacebanking, renting etc. of the timeshare week.) - Spacebanking and rentals
Please note that a request for spacebanking or rental, must be submitted to Property Admin a minimum of five months prior to the occupation date, to enable us to process same. Please contact Property Admin at: propertyadmin@vrs.co.za. - Communication
To enable us to communicate effectively, please ensure that you keep us updated regarding your current contact details, and most importantly, your email address. - Occupation dates
Please note that resort calendars are linked to school holidays, and it is therefore vital that you check the annual calendar to ensure that you occupy the correct week. Please refer to the calendars available on the following link: 2025 Calendar

Kridzil Supports African Blessings
African Blessings is a Non-Profit (NPO) and Public Benefit Organisation (PBO), established in 2006 by Rita Edkins and based at Rustfontein Farm in Bronkhorstspruit. Led by the simple yet powerful mission: Faith and Love through Action, the organisation is at the heart of Vacation Recreational Services (VRS), our managing agent, which shares a deep commitment to supporting African Blessings as it grows and achieves its goals.
Dedicated to uplifting and improving the lives of those in need, African Blessings identifies and builds projects that support individuals, children, communities, and animals. Their current focus is the inspirational Jochebed Children’s Village, a safe haven where orphaned children will not only find shelter, but also a loving family to call their own. Kridzil runs annual campaigns for African Blessings and is honoured to support the organisation.
